ARENE Ile de France is a regional agency who participates in the sustainable development implementation in Ile de France. She coordinates and animes the Energy Statistic Observation Network in Ile de France (ROSE) ARENE entrusts Zen'to the realization of collaboratives informatics tools which let the members (EDF, RTE, GDF Suez, etc.) to communicate and exchange quickly documents and informations. |
The company
ARENE Ile-de-France (Regional Agency for the Environment and New Energies), set up in 1994, is a body working in partnership with the Regional Council. By contributing to the integration of environment and energy matters it takes part in sustainable development implementation in Ile-de-France.
ARENE accompanies local authorities and regional actors to their process.
The problem
ARENE is at the origin of ROSE Network (Energy Statistic Observation Network in Ile de France) who watches, coordinates, animes and proposes actions in dialogue with their members: ERDF, GDF Suez, STIF, RTE, etc.
ARENE wanted to have powerful communication tools to increase his action power. She entrusts Zen'to fot the realization of his website, his Intranet and Extranet.
Zen'to solution
With a double competence in informatic and environment, Zen'to has the capability to understand the ARENE's need and translate it in application software.
Zen'to developed a modular tool:
- managing website, intranet and extranet of ROSE network within same technologies
- based on simple and opened OpenSource technologies
- hosted and maintained within Zen'to facilities
Zen'to developed also a ROSE website mobile declension, available on iPhone.
