Who are we?

 

Zen'to, Information technology for Sustainable Development

Created in 2009 by the british telecommunications operator managers BT (Ex-Bristish Telecom), Zen'to is born because the information technology faces on two news stakes:

  • The indispensable decline of the environmental impact
  • The accompanyement of a sustainable development policy inside the company and the community

Zen'to is the first company including experts with double skills:computer science and environmental, able to advise, develop and integrate new softwares solutions.

Zen'to is supported by :

  • OSEO and Conseil Régional for Carbon Track solution's development.
  • SANOFI Aventis in the context of an  economic convention's development.
  • the network ENTREPRENDRE, 2009 prize-winner

 

 

One of the Zen'to's founder is member of CJD la Défense (Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants).

Zen'to intervenes in different topics around the "eco-responsible information system" like:

  • Green IT workshop of SYNTEC Informatique, in which zento piloted the green book "Greenhouse gas emission management"
  • the website www.greenit.fr. Many employees of Zen'to are members of the editorial staff of this site, first french blog in sustainable development (Source: wikio 2010)
  • Zen'to drafts some chapters in "Systèmes d'Information et développement durable" in partnership with CIGREF

Zen'to is also accredited by ADEME to realize Bilan Carbone©.


 

Zen'to team direction

Al Mostafa

Al Mostafa joined Zen'to as a technical director. He's responsible for the follow-up and project realizations, and the responsability of R&D team and technology watch.

Al Mostafa leads Microsoft activities for BT France operator (ex-British telecom) after many years within LOGICA CMG integrator, where he was in charge of development mobile application teams.

Al Mostafa has 4 children.

Laurent

Laurent (IAE Paris) worked the last 20 years with large organizations in their transformations construction sites and information system implementation.

After an experience as an applications manager  in the insurance world, he became in informatic project manager for the justice ministery from 1997 to 2000 in the frame of Gouvernemental Action Plan  for Information Society (PAGSI). He integrated BT (ex-British Telecom), in 2000 and will become Manager of collaboration and mobility activities until 2009.

Certified "Bilan Carbone" by ADEME, ITIL, Prince 2 and already 40 years. He cofounds Zen'to in may 2009.

Thierry

ESME Sudria engineer, he was director of Profesionnal Services for Computer Associates editor. He cofounded Spider Business in 2000, an internet integrator, who acquired by Adélior Group in 2005 and now part of GFI. Then. He was a member of BT France Executive committee (ex-British Telecom) between 2005 and 2009, where he was in charge of one hundred employees around security activities, mobility, messaging and web. He left BT in 2009 to found Zen'to.

Thierry has 42, is married and has four children. He likes drawing, guitar and motorcycle. Thierry is a member of CJD, section of La Défense ( Young Leaders Center).

Franck

DESS Informatique à Dauphine, Franck a travaillé 6 ans en tant que consultant technique dans le domaine financier, pour de grands comptes tel que Capgemini, BNP Paribas et Véolia. L’envie d’allier vie professionnelle et convictions personnelles l’a poussé à chercher du travail dans l’environnement et le développement durable.Chez Zen'to, Franck assure la réalisation de projets liant informatique et développement durable. Il intervient en particulier sur le développement de la solution Carbon Track.A 31 ans, Franck est déjà un grand voyageur, il a passé 13 ans de sa vie en dehors de France : Afrique du Sud, Vénézuela, Colombie, Royaume Uni et Grèce.

Lyazid

Lyazid est diplômé de l'université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI) où il a étudié l'informatique. En mars 2011, à 25 ans, il a rejoint Zen'to afin de participer aux développements des différentes solutions logicielles que la société réalise pour le compte de ses clients.

William

A 25 ans, William est diplômé d’un master Développement Durable  à l’Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ). Il a travaillé deux ans en tant que chargé d’études DD au sein de Fondaterra  sur des missions de diagnostic environnemental ainsi que sur la mise en place du "référentiel Plan Vert des établissements d'enseignement supérieur". Certifié Bilan Carbone® de l’ADEME, William intègre Zen’to en avril 2011 dans l'accompagnement et le conseil des projets Green IT notamment pour la mission guide sectoriel du bilan carbone sur le périmètre des DSI.

 

Christophe

Après avoir étudié l'informatique à Epitech Paris et obtenu le titre d'expert en technologies de l'information, Christophe intègre Zen'to en Mai 2011. A 28 ans, il rejoint Zen'to pour allier passion de l'informatique et convictions personnelles.

 

Farah Kraiem élève ingénieur en 6éme année à L'INSAT(en Tunisie) spécialité génie logiciel.
Elle a rejoint Zen'to dans le but de monter en compétence dans le domaine du développement et en particulier le développement durable.
Agée de 24 ans.Farah aime les animaux,la nature et les sorties en bateau.
